Technology Law
Software and cloud service agreements, digital services, and compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence.
Overview
Legal support at every step, from technological innovation to its commercial exploitation.
Artificial intelligence is already transforming the way businesses develop products, provide services and organize their day-to-day operations. With Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (AI Act) shaping a new framework of liability and compliance, the need for specialist legal support no longer concerns only the companies that develop technology, but every business that procures, integrates or uses it.
Our Technology Law practice covers the whole life cycle of technology — from its development and procurement to software and the cloud, licensing, the protection and exploitation of intellectual property, strategic partnerships and its commercial exploitation. Within the same framework, we support the development, procurement and use of AI solutions, combining regulatory compliance requirements with the contractual and commercial dimension of technology.
We support both technology companies and businesses for which technology is a critical part of their operations and growth. We understand the technology, the product and the business model behind them, so that our legal advice responds not only to regulatory requirements, but also to the real commercial and operational needs of our clients.
