Cookies we use
This website sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you chose to view the site in Greek or English. It is set only if you actively pick a language from the switcher in the header or footer; if you never use the switcher, no cookie is set and the site simply shows Greek, our default language.
NEXT_LOCALE is a first-party cookie, set directly by this website rather than by a third party, and it does not track you across other sites. It lasts for one year from when it is set, or until you delete it. Because it only stores a preference you explicitly asked for, it does not require your consent under the e-privacy rules in Greek Law 3471/2006, and we do not use it, or any other cookie, for analytics, profiling or advertising.
Third-party content: Google Maps
Our Contact page includes a live map, provided by Google, showing our office. When you open that page, your browser loads the map directly from Google, which may set its own cookies and process technical data, such as your IP address, under its own privacy and cookie policies, available at policies.google.com. This only happens on the Contact page, because that is the only place the map is embedded; we do not otherwise share your browsing activity with Google.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, audience-measurement or advertising cookies, and we do not run any social-media trackers or pixels on this site. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers rather than fetched from Google Fonts or another third party, so simply browsing the site, apart from the Contact page, does not send any information to Google or anyone else.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies"; check your browser's help pages for the exact steps. If you block or delete NEXT_LOCALE, the site will simply default to Greek, or ask you to choose a language again; no other feature of the site depends on it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies or third-party content on this site change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
